San Diego, CA – Scooty, a dog with special needs, was showered with surprises for her 13th birthday.
The canine, whose hind legs are paralyzed because she was hit by a car as a puppy, celebrated the big day on Feb. 27 with more than 100 balloons. A sweet video shows the rescue canine excitedly barking and running around, bumping the colorful decorations with her nose after they’re let loose in her living room.
The pooch’s owner, who lives in San Diego, told Storyful, “People donated balloons from all over the world, and I hand-wrote all their messages to Scooty.
