WHEATON, Ill. – A service dog missing three years after escaping from a fenced yard in suburban Chicago during a vacation from Michigan was reunited with its owners last week.
Lola, a black Labrador retriever trained as an epilepsy service dog, vanished in 2017. The dog was brought to a shelter recently by a kind couple who found her outside. Thanks to a microchip, Loka and her family have been reunited at last.
