SAN DIEGO, CA – Each year on Christmas, Rancho Coastal Humane Society helps “Santa Paws” delivers two puppies to unsuspecting children while dressed as Santa.
The children have no idea they are getting the dogs that their parents have pre-arranged through adoption.
