BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – A viral post about a puppy up for adoption led to one family waited 27 hours outside the Broken Arrow Animal Shelter to adopt this puppy.
Broken Arrow Animal shelter posted a picture of the border collie with a “black heart” fur pattern last Friday. They got hundreds of inquiries about the dog – some coming from around the country and outside the U.S.
