HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. – A Haywood County animal rescue held its annual fundraiser on Saturday.
For the 16th year, pet owners brought their dogs together to mingle and make new friends at the Downtown Dog Walk event.
The fundraiser benefits Sarge’s Animal Rescue.
Staff said the organization has helped over 11,000 animals and this event will help pets who need special medical attention.
