ELBERT COUNTY, Ga. – A dog was rescued in Elbert County, Georgia, after falling 85 feet into a rock quarry while chasing after some hogs.
According to the Elbert County Emergency Services, they got a 911 call from a man who was hog hunting in an area off of Highway 368.
The man said his hunting dog began to attempt to bay a team of pigs, tracked them through the woods and right off the edge of a quarry.
