STURGEON BAY, Wis. – An owner pointed the finger at his dog after a Jeep crashed into a building in Sturgeon Bay.
Callie, a 5-year-old Australian shepherd, is suspected of knocking a car’s shifter out of park and crashing into a Sturgeon Bay business on March 13.
