An untethered dog wandering on the back of a flatbed truck zooming along Interstate 76 at 90 miles per hour. The vehicle’s driver allegedly threatened to kill the man who captured the images after the latter initiated a confrontation over what he saw as danger to the animal and others on the highway. A spokesperson for the Colorado State Patrol says that there’s no Colorado traffic law against transporting an unrestrained dog in the back of a truck (even a flatbed).
