AUSTIN, TX – Austin Pets Alive! issued a special appeal Sunday asking all available fosters to take dogs in during the ongoing heat wave.
Throughout the next week, high temperatures are forecasted to be in the triple digits. While shelter staff do what they can to keep the dogs cool, they are struggling to keep up.
