DES MOINES, IA – The Animal Rescue League of Iowa confirmed dozens of dogs from a puppy mill case have already been adopted.
A southern Iowa breeder, Daniel Gingerich, amassed 120 violations of the Animal Welfare Act in six months. After a judge barred him from selling dogs, Gingerich agreed to give about 500 of his dogs to the ARL of Iowa.
