Abused, abandoned dog found in Plant City finds forever family

A dog that was found with zip ties and an electrical wire embedded into her skin has found a new home.

Harper was found by a nutrition manager at Bryan Elementary School on the side of Henry George Road in Plant City while she was on her way to work on February 24. 

Harper is doing better after being rescued. She underwent surgery to remove zip ties and an electrical cord that was embedded into her neck.  Now she finds a forever family.
