Portland, Ore. – Doggie daycare van stolen in NW Portland with 12 dogs inside on Tuesday.
A man stole a van loaded with a dozen dogs in when Liston stepped out of her doggy day-care van. Thanks to quick thinking by day-care employees and helpful bystanders, though, the dognapping had a happy ending.
