CLEVELAND, OH – The nearly 160 dogs at Cleveland Kennel are in a dire situation after 20 dogs came in to the already packed shelter on Valentine’s Day alone, according to City Dogs Cleveland.
The city of Cleveland confirmed the kennel has the capacity for 156 dogs, and all dogs have been assigned to a space/cage as of 2 p.m.
However, the kennel is in fact full, the city of Cleveland stated.
