North Carolina therapy dog, handler looking for places to visit

GREENVILLE, N.C. – An East Carolina University student and her therapy dog are looking to help others.

Elise Thomas and Fae’s journey started when Fae was eight weeks old when Thomas brought Fae home as her service dog. After training, Fae was responsible for bringing Thomas her medication and assisting with panic attacks as well as PTSD.

Now that the pair is certified, Thomas and Fae are looking for places such as schools, libraries and mental health facilities to provide support.
