Polar, Washington’s first police therapy dog, sworn into WRPD

WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – On Thursday morning, Polar, a two-year-old English Cream Retriever joined the West Richland Police Department. 

But he’s not a K9 officer. Polar, is the department’s first therapy dog.
