New Jersey unwanted rescue dog becomes police department's first K-9 in decades.Bucks County, PA – Arrow is the Lower Southampton Township, Pennsylvania Police Department’s first K-9 since the 1960s. 

But before he became a police K-9, the Belgian Malinois had lived at the Burlington County Animal Shelter for nearly eight months.

Arrow had been surrendered twice to the shelter since early last year. Thanks to the two special rescuers, the patience and vision of just the right humans who wouldn’t give up on him.
