Elite DC neighborhood votes to dismantle controversial dog park

A wealthy neighborhood in the outskirts of Washington, D.C., has voted to dismantle a controversial dog park after some residents complained about barking. The village spent $134,000 nearly a year ago to turn 15,000 square feet of land into a fenced-in dog park.
